Job summary

Job description

Smailing Group is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Staff to support management and business units through accurate data management, reporting, and information systems. This role will be responsible for collecting and processing data, preparing regular management reports and dashboards, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting the improvement of reporting processes to help the business make better decisions.

Responsibilities

Collect, consolidate, and validate data from various departments and business units.

Prepare regular and ad-hoc management reports, dashboards, and data analysis.

Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across reporting sources.

Maintain and update databases, reporting files, and MIS-related documentation.

Support the development and improvement of reporting systems and processes.

Provide data and reports to support management and business unit decision-making.

Coordinate with relevant teams to clarify data discrepancies and reporting requirements.

Assist in identifying opportunities to improve data processes, reporting efficiency, and information flow.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data processing.

Experience with dashboards or data visualization tools such as Power BI is preferred.

Good understanding of data management, reporting, and basic data analysis.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Able to work with large amounts of data accurately and meet reporting deadlines.

Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
