Job summary

NES Fircroft Indonesia is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to grow our workforce solutions in Indonesia's mining and resources sector. You will identify opportunities, build strategic client relationships, and lead bids from qualification to contract award.

You will collaborate with HR, recruitment, operations, and finance to create competitive proposals, while expanding regional accounts and cross-border opportunities across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, or recruitment.
• Interest in mining and resources sector.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial mindset with revenue focus.
• Experience coordinating bids, proposals, or tenders.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across Indonesia's mining and resources sector.
• Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers across HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and senior leadership.
• Conduct targeted business development activities including client meetings, networking, and market intelligence gathering.
• Identify opportunities to provide contract recruitment, permanent recruitment, payroll, mobilisation, and broader workforce solutions services.
• Take ownership of bids, RFQs, proposals, and tenders from qualification through submission and contract award.
• Collaborate with recruitment, operations, finance, legal, and compliance teams to develop proposals.
• Participate in client presentations, contract discussions, pricing negotiations, and business award processes.
• Build a strong understanding of Indonesia's mining landscape and regional opportunities.
• Support regional clients and cross-border opportunities with Southeast Asia teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery of client solutions.
