CBM 360 TIV is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth and secure long-term contracts in Indonesia’s mining and metals markets. The role focuses on client acquisition, account expansion, and strategic partnerships, reporting to the Branch Manager / Regional Commercial Director.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Technical background in Mining, Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Training or certification in Sales, Contract Management, or Project Commercials is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Sales & Market Expansion across Indonesian mining, metals, and heavy industry.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with mining operators, EPCs, and industrial clients.
• Own key client relationships from first contact through contract execution.
• Lead technical–commercial proposals, bids, and tenders.
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure deliverability.
• Provide input into pricing strategy and service positioning.
• Support market entry into new regions and client segments within Indonesia.
