Job description

We are looking to hire Middle Business Analyst for helping businesses streamline their financial operations by providing expert advice on best practices for financial accounting and reporting. You are able to play a pivotal role in configuring, customizing, and implementing the financial management modules.

Responsibilities

• Suggest improvements to financial processes and workflows to align with Odoo’s capabilities.
• Customize Odoo financial workflows to meet the organization’s specific needs.
• Implement financial reporting structures, including balance sheets, P&L statements, and tax reports.
• Provide training to clients and their employees on using Odoo’s financial modules effectively.
• Offer post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with system enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop new functionalities or modify existing ones within the financial modules.
• Conduct periodic system audits and ensure that the financial data is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirement(s)

• Bachelor Degree or Higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years experience in Odoo ERP Implementation, particularly the Accounting and Finance modules.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance business processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report).
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide meaningful insights.
• Ability to learn fast & execute accordingly.
• Practice Sholat 5 times a day
