We are looking for a skilled and proactive Junior Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our clients and technical teams, ensuring successful implementation of Odoo ERP solutions that align with client business objectives. You have to be willing to work onsite and willing to be placed anywhere. Responsibilities

• Analyze and document clients’ business processes, needs, and pain points
• Suggest improvements or reengineering of business processes using Odoo modules
• Work closely with stakeholders to define and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers
• Provide recommendations on which Odoo modules should be implemented based on business needs
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring that the delivered solution meets the client’s expectations
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on how to use Odoo effectively
• Oversee the implementation of Odoo ERP, ensuring it aligns with the client’s requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or Higher, preferablyin Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze business workflows and recommend solutions
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Basic understanding of ERP systems, with knowledge of Odoo is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Shalat 5 times a day
