Job summary

WTA Group is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our global IT team in Indonesia. The role provides first-line IT support across multiple international offices and offers structured training to become a CargoWise support specialist.

You will resolve Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and AD issues, manage onboarding/offboarding, and work with colleagues in the UK, USA and Asia. The shift aligns with US business hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written/verbal communication.
• 3+ years IT support experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and AD.
• Experience using IT ticketing systems.
• Willingness to learn CargoWise.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support via phone, email and remote tools.
• Resolve Microsoft 365, Windows, networking and user account issues.
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning.
• Support Microsoft Entra ID, Intune and endpoint management.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Document solutions and contribute to the IT knowledge base.
• Develop into first-line CargoWise support through structured training.
• Work closely with IT colleagues across the UK, USA and Asia.
• Handle data with attention to GDPR and data protection policies.
• Handover in-progress work to the UK team during overlap window.
