Konstruksi is seeking an experienced MEP SPV Engineer to supervise mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on our Bali projects. This full-time, on-site role focuses on delivering quality, safety, and compliance while coordinating with trades and stakeholders for successful project execution.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of MEP supervision experience, strong leadership, and the ability to interpret complex MEP drawings and specifications in line with Indonesian building codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related civil discipline.
• 5–8 years of MEP supervision experience on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP design, installation, and Indonesian codes.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate MEP installation works on site.

About the role

Konstruksi is seeking an experienced MEP SPV Engineer to join our growing team in Bali. As MEP Supervising Engineer, you will oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on our construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with all relevant standards. This is a full-time position based in Bali, where you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our infrastructure projects. You will supervise MEP installation works, coordinate with various trades, and ensure that all systems operate efficiently and meet design specifications.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installation works on site
• Monitor compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and relevant building codes and standards
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks on MEP systems and installations
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive MEP documentation, including installation reports and as-built drawings
• Identify and resolve technical issues and defects in MEP systems, implementing corrective actions
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on the construction site
• Communicate progress updates and potential risks to project management and stakeholders
• Conduct commissioning and testing of MEP systems prior to handover
• Mentor and support junior engineering staff and site teams

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related civil engineering discipline
• Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in MEP supervision on construction projects
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems design and installation practices
• Familiarity with relevant Indonesian building codes, standards, and regulations
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting MEP technical drawings and specificationsExperience with MEP coordination software and project management tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and technical acumen
• Strong communication and team leadership capabilities
• Proven track record of managing multiple MEP aspects simultaneously
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for site inspections if required
