Job summary

Oceans Bingin 15 in Bali is seeking an experienced MEP Site Manager to organize and supervise all MEP works on construction sites. You will coordinate subcontractors and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution, monitor quality and schedules, and ensure compliance with drawings and standards.

The role requires strong knowledge of MEP systems, English proficiency, and ability to lead a qualified team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP site management, supervision, or foreman roles.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and fire protection systems.
• Must have an established team of qualified MEP specialists and subcontractors capable of executing installation works.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documentation.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD (SketchUp is an advantage).
• Experience using Bitrix for task management and reporting.
• English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality installations while meeting deadlines and safety standards.

Inspect installations to ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and health & safety requirements.

Identify and resolve technical issues on site to maintain project progress.

Participate in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems.

Must have an established team of qualified MEP specialists and subcontractors capable of carrying out electrical, plumbing, HVAC, low-voltage, and related installation works.

Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical documentation.

Basic proficiency in AutoCAD (SketchUp is an advantage).

Experience using Bitrix for task management and reporting.

English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher.

Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
