Job summary

Elper Development Bali is seeking an MEP Specialist to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design and coordination on building projects in Bali. You will oversee installations on site, ensuring alignment with architectural and structural plans and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical or electrical engineering degree, 3+ years of MEP experience, proficiency in AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP, and strong knowledge of Indonesian codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proficient understanding of MEP coordination and BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• MEP systems design and coordination for building projects.
• HVAC, electrical, and plumbing layout development.
• Site supervision of MEP installations to ensure quality and schedule.
• Coordination with architects and structural engineers to resolve clashes and integrate systems.
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.

About you

• SKK Construction certificate Level 7 (Ahli Muda) minimum required
• S1 Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree
• 3+ years experience in MEP systems design and installation for building projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and SNI standards for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Bilingual English and Bahasa Indonesia preferred
