Job summary

Innovation Factory Indonesia seeks an experienced MEP Engineer to design, review, and coordinate MEP drawings for large industrial buildings. You will supervise daily site installation to ensure compliance with approved designs and safety codes at Batam project sites.

You will coordinate with civil and structural teams to prevent clashes, test and commission electrical equipment, manage subcontractors, and ensure adherence to regulations and environmental standards throughout the project

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
7 to 10 years of hands-on MEP construction experience in industrial parks, factories, or large commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM.

Responsibilities

Design, review, and coordinate MEP drawings for large industrial buildings and site infrastructure.
Supervise daily MEP site installation work to ensure it matches approved designs and safety codes.
Coordinate with civil and structural teams to prevent clashes in underground utilities and overhead services.
Test and commission electrical transformers, generators, plumbing pipelines, and ventilation systems.
Manage sub-contractors, monitor project schedules, and control material waste on site.
Resolve technical site issues quickly to prevent delays in the construction timeline.
Ensure all mechanical and electrical work follows local government regulations and environmental standards.
