Job summary

Innovation Factory Indonesia seeks an experienced MEP Engineer to design, review, and coordinate MEP drawings for large industrial buildings. You will supervise daily site installation to ensure compliance with approved designs and safety codes at Batam project sites.

You will coordinate with civil and structural teams to prevent clashes, test and commission electrical equipment, manage subcontractors, and ensure adherence to regulations and environmental standards throughout the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7 to 10 years of hands-on MEP construction experience in industrial parks, factories, or large commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM.

Requirements

• Willing to be located in Batam Project Site.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in MEP construction, specifically within industrial parks, factories, or large commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM (Building Information Modeling).
• Deep understanding of high/low voltage power systems, HVAC, firefighting networks, and sewage treatment plants.
• Familiarity with local and international building codes.
• Experience in managing contractors with good English skills.
