You will assess MEP systems, oversee mechanical installation and inspections, develop system concepts, perform calculations and prepare planning reports, and ensure safety compliance on Jakarta sites, with placement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in MEP planning for building construction.
• Understand the scope of MEP systems (MEP: mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Experience with mechanical installation and inspection on site.
• Able to create system concepts, perform analysis calculations and planning reports.
• Familiar with material types and job price analysis.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist and provide guidance on site teams regarding mechanical technical issues.
• Ensure all mechanical works are performed according to approved drawings.
• Verify incoming materials meet technical specifications.
• Check ongoing and completed works with the Supervisor and Contractors.
• Review Contractor working procedures for compliance.
• Ensure all on-site works meet applicable safety standards.
• Check shop drawings for accuracy and completeness.
