Job summary

DayOne seeks an experienced Assistant Project Manager to oversee the full MEP construction lifecycle for data centers in Batam, Indonesia. You will coordinate with site teams and contractors to ensure timely planning, execution and handover, while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in ME/PE construction project management, hands-on MEP design, IST testing, and strong cost-control skills. English fluency is required; APAC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction project management within the MEPer engineering field, preferably in data centers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete MEP construction lifecycle from planning to handover.
• Coordinate with site and contractor teams to meet milestones and budgets.
• Lead contract negotiations and oversee amendments with architects and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with external consultants on MEP system design and coordination.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and timely reporting to stakeholders.
