Nusantics in Indonesia is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to drive product sales within the healthcare sector. You will develop and nurture relationships with doctors, laboratories, clinics, and healthcare professionals, delivering product education and value propositions.
The role requires 2–3 years in medical or healthcare sales, strong communication, and the ability to close deals while coordinating with internal teams.
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in medical, healthcare, laboratory, or medical device sales, preferably with experience managing healthcare institutions or clinical customers.
Experience selling products to the healthcare, laboratory, clinical, or medical device sector.
Existing network or strong relationships with doctors, clinicians, laboratories, clinics, or healthcare professionals is highly preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical or scientific products in a clear and customer-friendly manner.
Strong sales orientation and business acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate, and close deals.
Proactive, target driven, and persistent in developing customers and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Fast learner and able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining effective collaboration with internal teams.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for customer visits and business development activities.
Experience as a Medical Representative, Medical Sales Representative, or similar healthcare sales role is an advantage.
Job Descriptions:
Manage sales activities and product sales support by contributing to the development of sales strategies, execution plans, and accountability for achieving sales targets.
Identify gaps in sales processes and sales flow, and propose practical solutions by collaborating closely with the laboratory and relevant internal teams.
Identify, acquire, and develop potential customers for existing and new products within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, doctors, laboratories, clinics, and other healthcare professionals.
Develop and expand customer accounts and sales channels within the assigned territory through proactive customer visits, product presentations, and business development activities.
Conduct product presentations and product education to customers and healthcare professionals, ensuring clear understanding of product benefits, applications, and value propositions.
Monitor customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and sales opportunities to support business growth and provide relevant market insights.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Laboratory, Product, Commercial, and other relevant functions, to ensure effective customer support and sales execution.
Maintain accurate sales activities, customer information, pipeline, and sales reports in accordance with company requirements.
