Job summary

PT Alam Putra Sakti, based in Jakarta, seeks a sales-focused professional with a background in biology/health sciences to drive medical device sales in the IVD/PCR segment and related sectors.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, fluent English, and at least 1 year in medical device sales or adjacent industries. You will develop market strategies, demonstrate products, and expand key accounts while meeting ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Biology/ Biotechnology/ Biomedical Science or related Health Science field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• At least 1 year experience in medical device sales (IVD/PCR) or food manufacturing industry preferred.
• Strong sales/marketing interest; target-driven and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product sales and marketing activities within the assigned area.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales product support to customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Conduct market surveys and analyze market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
• Identify potential markets and develop effective sales strategies to achieve business growth.
• Achieve individual sales targets within the assigned area and contribute to the division's overall sales targets.
• Coordinate with supporting departments to fulfill customer requirements and ensure effective service delivery.
• Develop new customer accounts and expand market coverage within the assigned area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales and marketing activities.
