OurTeam is seeking a hands-on Meta Ads Specialist to directly execute paid campaigns and manage day-to-day social media operations across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.

This execution-focused role requires a doer who can launch high-converting ads, monitor performance, and publish daily content while actively engaging with the community. Experience with scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later is preferred.

Formación

• Hands-on experience running campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Proven track record with social media execution, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Strong copy-editing and attention to visual layout.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR; perform A/B testing on creatives and audiences.
• Set up tracking with Pixels and Google Analytics and optimize budgets.
• Publish daily organic posts and manage the content calendar and community interactions.

We are looking for a hands-on Meta Ads Specialist who will directly execute paid ad campaigns and manage day-to-day social media operations. This is an execution-focused role for a "doer" who can launch high-converting ads across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn while actively creating, scheduling, and publishing daily organic content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Media Execution

• Set up, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn.
• Monitor daily ad metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR) and perform continuous A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copies.
• Set up tracking (Pixels, Google Analytics, conversion event tags) and optimize budgets to meet ROI targets.

2. Social Media & Community Execution

• Format, upload, and publish daily organic posts (graphics, video clips, and captions) across all active social channels.
• Build and execute the content calendar using social media scheduling tools or native platforms.
• Manage daily community interactions by monitoring and answering comments, direct messages (DMs), and mentions in a timely manner.
• Keep social profiles up to date with fresh bio links, pinned posts, and branding updates.

Requirements

• Practical, hands-on experience running ad campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Proven track record in social media execution, scheduling, and community engagement (not just high-level planning).
• Proficiency with social scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
• Good copy-editing skills and high attention to detail in visual layout and formatting.
• Strong task management skills to handle both ad optimizations and fixed daily posting schedules.
