Job summary

BookCabin in Jakarta is seeking an experienced performance marketer to own end-to-end paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic channels. You will manage large budgets with a sharp focus on ROAS and CAC, collaborating with product, creative and data teams to run experiments and drive conversion rate improvements.

You will build data-driven reporting frameworks to translate performance insights into investment decisions for leadership and aim for scalable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record in e-commerce, marketplace, or digital-first platforms.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets while maintaining or improving efficiency metrics.
• Hands-on proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, UAC) and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience managing programmatic/DSP campaigns is a plus.
• Comfortable working with analytics tools and presenting performance narratives to senior stakeholders.
