Job summary

ALVA is seeking a senior engineering leader to spearhead the design and development of mechanical and structural systems for vehicle applications. You will drive the full development lifecycle from concept to production, performing advanced analyses and ensuring manufacturability.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong capability in mechanical design for vehicle applications.
• Experience with structural analysis and FEA/CAE methods.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling across cross-functional teams.
• Experience collaborating with suppliers and international partners.
• Hands-on prototyping and product development lifecycle experience.

• Mentor and support the growth of junior engineers through technical guidance and best-practice design methodologies.
• Establish and continuously improve engineering standards, processes, and design best practices.
• Contribute to technical and strategic decision-making as a key member of the engineering leadership team.
