Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong capability in mechanical design for vehicle applications.
• Experience with structural analysis and FEA/CAE methods.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling across cross-functional teams.
• Experience collaborating with suppliers and international partners.
• Hands-on prototyping and product development lifecycle experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of mechanical and structural systems for vehicle applications.
• Drive product development from concept, design validation, and prototyping through to production.
• Conduct engineering analysis, including structural, dynamic, fatigue, and simulation studies (FEA/CAE).
• Apply strong engineering fundamentals to solve complex design and performance challenges.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers, including international partners, on component development and manufacturing processes.
• Develop manufacturable 3D CAD models and ensure seamless integration across cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and support the growth of junior engineers through technical guidance and best-practice design methodologies.
• Establish and continuously improve engineering standards, processes, and design best practices.
• Contribute to technical and strategic decision-making as a key member of the engineering leadership team.
