Job summary

The role requires at least 8 years in product engineering with 3 years in management, strong leadership, and adept collaboration across departments. A Master’s degree is preferred for driving advanced engineering initiatives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design product development strategies aligned with market needs and company business objectives.
• Oversee the entire product design and development process from conceptual stage to mass production.

• Manage product development projects, ensuring each phase runs according to schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with other teams to integrate new products to market.
• Prepare regular reports on project progress for senior management.
• Identify opportunities for innovation in product development and process improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Product Engineering team to achieve maximum performance.
• Ensure all developed products meet strict quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgets and available resources for product development, including materials, labour, and technology.

Lead and direct the Product Engineering team in designing, developing, and implementing new products as well as enhancing existing products. Ensure that all product engineering processes run efficiently and effectively, in accordance with technical specifications, budgets, and established deadlines.

About you
