PT. TDK Electronics Indonesia is expanding its manufacturing facility in Batam. The warehouse team handles inbound materials, storage, and distribution to requestors and production lines.

You will work with SAP for stock posting, coordinate with FICO for invoicing, perform stock inventory, and manage waste and scraps in accordance with safety procedures. Candidates should have a high school diploma and prefer warehousing experience; basic PC skills required; strong teamwork and willingness to

Formación

• High school graduate required.
• Preferable warehousing experience.
• Basic PC literacy and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to read invoices and dispatch notes.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and inspect incoming materials against invoices and dispatch notes.
• Unpack and store materials to designated locations or distribute to requestors.
• Issue materials to production as needed.
• Record stock movements in SAP, including blocking and unblocking.
• Process invoices/dispatch notes with FICO and file copies.
• Conduct regular stock inventory.
• Handle production scraps and disposal with approved vendors.
• Manage chemical waste in accordance with safety rules.

- Receive & check incoming material are in accordance to invoices/dispatch notes

- Unpack and store to locations or distribute to person concerned (requestors)

- Issue material to production

- Book the stock to SAP system, blocking and unblocking of stocks.

- Send invoices / dispatch notes to FICO and file a copy for warehouse

- Inventory of stock

- Handle scraps from production at facilities area for disposal to scrap vendor.

- Handling chemical waste.

Requirements

Education:

High School graduate

Experience:

Preferably with experience in warehousing

Knowledge:

Able to operate PC

Willing to work hard
