Job summary

PT SAHADA LAKU UTAMA is seeking a results-driven Marketplace Operations Lead to drive strategy and optimize performance across Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and Lazada. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on experience in ads, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will design and execute scalable sales plans, monitor daily store metrics, manage paid ads budgets, and coordinate with warehouses to ensure stock and on-time delivery, while building strategic partnerships

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in marketplace operations (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.).
• 2+ years in Lead, Coordinator, or Supervisor role.
• Proven track record of increasing GMV and ROAS on marketplaces.
• Proficiency in Seller Center platforms including inventory management and promo setup.
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Responsibilities

• Design and execute monthly/annual sales strategy plans for all marketplace stores
• Monitor and analyse daily store performance including traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and return rate
• Manage advertising budget (paid ads) and ensure ROAS targets are achieved
• Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure product stock availability and smooth delivery processes
• Build strong relationships with Key Account Managers from each marketplace platform to obtain exclusive campaign programs
• Prepare monthly marketplace performance reports and provide improvement recommendations to management
• Master Seller Center operations (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada) including inventory management, promo settings, and store issue resolution
• Operate and optimise Marketplace Ads with focus on ACOS/ROAS metrics
• Analyse sales data and market trends using MS Excel, Google Sheets, or other analytics tools
• Lead, direct, and evaluate marketplace specialist or admin team performance
