Job summary

St. Gabriel's Pre - University is seeking a Marketing & Sales Admin to support day-to-day marketing and sales operations on-site in North Jakarta.

You will organize documents, manage data, assist with orders and quotes, and help run campaigns while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sales or marketing admin, strong English, and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or marketing administration or similar roles preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; English proficiency required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team; proactive and eager to learn.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Marketing and Sales teams.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain sales/marketing documents, reports, and databases.
• Assist with sales orders, quotations, invoices, and related tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Support marketing activities, campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Maintain customer and sales data accurately.
• Prepare regular reports and track sales/marketing performance.
• Handle correspondence, scheduling, and general admin duties.
• Support other projects for Marketing or Sales teams.
