Job summary

PT INDUK AYAM INDONESIA is seeking a detail-oriented Admin Marketing / Sales Admin to support marketing and sales administration activities in Indonesia. You will input and manage customer and sales data, generate daily to monthly reports, and assist with upselling opportunities across multiple channels.

The role requires strong Excel skills, good communication, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Admin Marketing, Sales Admin, or related position (open to fresh graduates).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, data compilation, and reporting)
• Strong communication, upselling, and customer handling skills
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work to deadlines
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Assist with marketing and sales administration activities
• Input, manage, and update customer and sales databases
• Create sales reports and compile daily, weekly, and monthly data summaries
• Follow up with customers and support upselling of products and services
• Handle customer communications via telephone, email, and chat
• Archive documents and ensure data is stored neatly and accurately
