Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks and document management to support marketing and promotional activities.
• Assist in preparing administrative requirements, data, and supporting materials for campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Perform data entry, processing, and monitoring related to marketing activities, including budgets, vendors, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and relevant parties to fulfill marketing activity requirements.
• Prepare marketing activity reports and documentation, ensuring all documents and data are properly maintained, complete, and well-organized.
