Bonidot Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior PR & Brand Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility and corporate reputation in Indonesia. You will craft localized brand stories, maintain relations with top-tier mass media, and lead end-to-end PR campaigns.
The role requires 3-5+ years in PR/corporate comms or brand marketing, a proven media network, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. You will work independently, own projects, and manage PR budgets with minimal supervision.
We are seeking a high-caliber, independent, and resourceful Senior PR & Brand Marketing Manager to drive our brand visibility and corporate reputation in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will be fully responsible for crafting localized brand stories, maintaining robust relations with top-tier mass media, and executing strategic PR campaigns from end to end.
Key Responsibilities:
Media Relations & Networking: Establish, maintain, and leverage strong relationships with Indonesia's top-tier mass media, business press, and vertical tech/lifestyle publishers.
PR Strategy & Execution: Formulate comprehensive PR and brand publicity strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. Take full ownership of the localized PR calendar.
Content Creation & Localization: Write, edit, and oversee high-quality press releases, media kits, feature articles, and executive speeches in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Brand Publicity & Campaigns: Plan and execute large-scale brand building initiatives, press conferences, media briefings, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) events.
Crisis Management: Proactively monitor market sentiment and public opinion. Develop crisis communication protocols and handle media relations during critical events to safeguard corporate reputation.
Media Monitoring & Analytics: Track and analyze media coverage, share of voice (SOV), and PR ROI. Provide actionable insights and reports to regional headquarters.
Job Requirements:
Experience: 3-5+ years of solid experience in Public Relations (PR), Corporate Communications, or Brand Marketing in Indonesia.
Experience in top 4A PR agencies or reputable multinational companies (MNCs) is highly preferred.
Proven Media Network (Hard Requirement): Must possess an existing, strong, and active network of journalists, editors, and chief editors across major Indonesian mass media and business news outlets.
Proven track record of securing organic/earned media coverage.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).
The candidate must be capable of working and reporting in an English-speaking corporate environment while perfectly vetting Bahasa PR copy.
Autonomy: A proven "solo-flyer" who can work independently, take complete ownership of projects, and manage PR budgets efficiently under minimal supervision.
