Job summary

Bonidot Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Senior PR & Brand Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility and corporate reputation in Indonesia. You will craft localized brand stories, maintain relations with top-tier mass media, and lead end-to-end PR campaigns.

The role requires 3-5+ years in PR/corporate comms or brand marketing, a proven media network, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. You will work independently, own projects, and manage PR budgets with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in PR, corporate comms, or brand marketing in Indonesia.
• Experience with top 4A agencies or multinational companies preferred.
• Strong, active media network across major Indonesian outlets.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with top-tier mass media in Indonesia.
• Formulate PR and brand publicity strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create localized press releases, media kits, and executive speeches in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Plan large-scale brand campaigns, press conferences, and CSR events.
• Monitor media coverage, share of voice, and PR ROI; report insights to HQ.
