Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia is seeking a Jakarta-based PR consultant to help shape our Indonesia playbooks, client standards, and delivery culture as the first local team member. You’ll oversee campaigns across Indonesia and Malaysia, contribute to feature writing, and drive client narratives with data-informed approaches.

You’ll independently manage multiple campaigns, leverage AI tools to boost efficiency, and contribute to new business development as the team scales in this region.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of PR consultancy experience in agencies.
• Proficient in English and able to service Indonesian clients.
• Familiarity with AI tools and digital platforms for writing.
• Capable of managing multiple campaigns with CRM usage.

Our client is a growing AI-native PR & marketing intelligence company based out of Singapore. They help brands predict, steer, and win narratives in real time. They are present in Singapore and Malaysia. This position will be basedin Jakarta as the 1st member of their team in Indonesia.

About the Role

This position will be thefirst Jakarta-based member of our consultancy team— meaning you'll help shape our Indonesia playbooks, client standards, and delivery culture, with a clear pathway to a more senior role as they scale.

Job Description

• PR Campaign management - campaigns will primarily be held virtually with minimal off-site media activations. You'll be servicing clients across Indonesia and Malaysia while helping to write exciting features to tell the untold stories of brilliant founders in the region.
• Independently managing multiple small campaigns (with the guidance of your seniors).
• Able to proficiently use our AI tools to supplement their writing and increase overall efficiency.
• Business development. Help getnew clients for the company.

Job Requirements

• Experienced PR Consultants with 3-5 years of experience in PR agencies
• Candidate must be proficient in English
• Experience servicing Indonesian clients and navigating local stakeholder dynamics.
• Familiarity with LLMs and digital tools
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams; organized and calm under pressure.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with experience using CRM tools
• Demonstrated media relationships across Indonesia (business, tech, startup, consumer, or vertical beats).
• Experience leading small accounts independently or managing juniors.
• Comfortable with data-informed communications (measurement mindset, narrative monitoring instincts).
