The position combines strategic marketing oversight with hands-on coordination of promotional activities to impact market presence and business growth in the animal feed sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing coordination or supervisory roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English or Mandarin.
• Experience in marketing/sales of animal feed raw materials.
• Understands products such as PKE, PKP, DDGS, Copex, FFS, and other feed raw materials.
• Understands fundamentals of feed raw material nutrition and quality.
• Negotiation, communication and customer‑relationship skills.
• Understands market pricing, supply‑demand dynamics and commodity trends.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for animal feed raw material products through sales activities and market development.
• Monitor end‑to‑end transaction processes (ordering, payment, delivery) and maintain customer relationships.
• Develop sales plans, perform market analysis, and monitor competitor movements to ensure targets and distribution expansion.

About the role

Wilmar Group is seeking a Marketing Feed Ingredients Supervisor to join our dynamic Marketing team. This is a full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. In this supervisory role, you will oversee marketing activities and coordinate campaigns specific to our feed ingredients business segment. You will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, managing marketing initiatives, and supporting the commercial objectives of our feed ingredients division. This position offers the opportunity to combine strategic marketing oversight with hands‑on coordination of promotional activities, making a tangible impact on our market presence and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving sales targets for animal feed raw material products through the execution of sales activities and market development.
• Conducts end‑to‑end monitoring of transaction processes (ordering, payment, and delivery), and maintains customer relationships through routine visits and new customer acquisition.
• Develops sales plans, performs market analysis, and monitors competitor movements to ensure target achievement and distribution expansion.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing coordination or marketing supervisory roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English or Mandarin
• Has experience in marketing/sales of animal feed raw materials.
• Understands products such as PKE, PKP, DDGS, Copex, FFS, and other feed raw materials.
• Understands the fundamentals of feed raw material nutrition and quality.
• Possesses negotiation, communication, and customer relationship‑building skills.
• Understands market pricing, supply‑demand dynamics, and commodity trends.
• Capable of conducting market research, sales planning, and achieving targets.
• Understands the fundamentals of pricing, margin, logistics, and delivery.
• Target‑oriented, with a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability.
• High integrity, honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience in feed mills, commodity trading, livestock, or the animal feed industry will be an added advantage.
