Wilmar Group seeks an experienced Accounting Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker) to oversee accounting operations and ensure regulatory compliance. You will lead the team and collaborate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to support accurate financial reporting and operational excellence.
You will supervise GL, AP, AR, and fixed assets, drive month-end close, prepare statements, and coordinate with auditors while mentoring staff.
An experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker) to oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations, and support accurate financial reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with local and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders while leading the accounting team to achieve operational excellence.
Supervise daily accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets.
Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK), tax regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
Monitor internal controls and recommend process improvements.
Lead, coach, and develop accounting staff to improve team performance.
Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking management, suppliers, and business partners.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, trading, or industrial companies is preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and taxation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar).
Good understanding of cost accounting, inventory accounting, and financial controls.
Familiar with Indonesian tax reporting and compliance requirements.
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and management.
