Job summary

PT Malindo Feedmill, Tbk is seeking a Plant/Production Manager in Lampung to oversee and optimize manufacturing, maintenance, compliance, and QA functions. You will coordinate production plans, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure safety and efficiency across the feedmill operations.

The role requires strong leadership, experience with feed materials, and a solid background in scheduling and financials. This position offers growth opportunities within a long-established animal feed producer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Plant / Production Manager experience in feedmill/flourmill.
• Engineering Degree (preferred).
• Experience with raw materials for feedmill production.
• Strong safety background within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Just in Time or Manufacturing to Order environment.
• Experience in scheduling, costing and accounting / financials.
• Good leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire plant operations, from receiving raw materials to production and quality control of finished feedmill.
• Develop and implement production plans to meet production targets and ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor and optimize production processes to minimize waste, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
• Manage and train plant personnel, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, QA/QC, and maintenance to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in the industry.
• Ensure that the Company benefits maximally from its investments.
• Perform reporting to the management regarding the analysis of the financial results of the plant.
• Participates in the development of employee competencies.
• Participates in risk prevention, nonconformity management and risk analysis.

To oversee the production, maintenance, compliance, and quality assurance functions of our facility in Lampung site. This professional will coordinate the plant's manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with company objectives, quality systems, and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities :

Oversee the entire plant operations, from receiving raw materials to
production and quality control of finished feedmill
