Job summary

Wilmar Group is seeking a Marketing Feed Ingredients Supervisor to join our marketing team in South Jakarta. The role oversees marketing activities and coordinates campaigns for our feed ingredients business, driving brand awareness and supporting commercial objectives.

The position combines strategic marketing oversight with hands-on coordination of promotional activities to impact market presence and business growth in the animal feed sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing coordination or supervisory roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English or Mandarin.
• Experience in marketing/sales of animal feed raw materials.
• Understands products such as PKE, PKP, DDGS, Copex, FFS, and other feed raw materials.
• Understands fundamentals of feed raw material nutrition and quality.
• Negotiation, communication and customer‑relationship skills.
• Understands market pricing, supply‑demand dynamics and commodity trends.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for animal feed raw material products through sales activities and market development.
• Monitor end‑to‑end transaction processes (ordering, payment, delivery) and maintain customer relationships.
• Develop sales plans, perform market analysis, and monitor competitor movements to ensure targets and distribution expansion.
