Job summary

PT Dajian Construction Indonesia is seeking a Marketing Executive/Business Development professional to identify and develop opportunities in the construction and building materials sector. You will visit clients, present products, and manage the full project sales process from prospecting to closing.

The role requires strong networking, KOL/influencer marketing experience, and Mandarin and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Business level of English proficiency and Mandarin (mandatory).
• Experience as Marketing Executive, Business Development in building materials, or construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop potential projects in construction and building materials sectors.
• Conduct client visits and product presentations to architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Manage the project sales process from prospecting to tender, pricing and closing.

Job description

Identify and develop potential projects in the construction and building materials sectors

Conduct client visits and product presentations to architects, consultants, contractors, and property developers, highlighting the benefit.

Manage the project sales process, from initial prospecting and tender participation to price negotiation and order closing

Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive pricing and improve the company's chances of winning projects

Build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, consultants, contractors, and developers

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project developments to identify new business opportunities

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction

Drive sales performance and achieve business targets through effective project pipeline management and strategic sales planning

Execute marketing campaigns online and offline

Manage KOL, influencer, content creator, and community relationships

Conduct KOL sourcing, negotiation, briefing, monitoring, and evaluation

Develop and execute brand activation and events

Coordinate with Social Media, Content, Sales, E-commerce, Brand teams and external parties

Perform competitor and market trend analysis

Monitor campaign performance based on engagement, traffic, conversion, sales contribution, and ROI/ROAS

Create campaign reports, evaluations, and improvement recommendations

Manage marketing budget and ensure activities run effectively

Stay updated on construction for development & renovation behaviour

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree from any major.
• Business level of English proficiency and Conversational level of Mandarin (MANDATORY)
• Have experience as Marketing Executive, Business Development for building material, or working in Construction Industry
• Strong knowledge of building material, project based sales, tender procedures, project administration and cost management
• Experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing and Brand Activation
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, and project management skills
• Creative, proactive, target-oriented, and able to work with deadlines
• Able to use Microsoft Office & Presentation
