Job summary

P.T. STARLEAD TECHNOLOGY in Indonesia is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support planning, coordination and execution of campaigns, promotions, product launches and events.

You will create materials, presentations, catalogs and social media content with internal teams and external vendors, while monitoring market trends and competitor activity. Fluency in Mandarin is required; English is a plus. 1–2 years of experience or fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Communications or related field.
• 1–2 years in marketing or digital marketing preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with social media and Canva.
• Able to conduct market research, analyze basic marketing data, and meet deadlines.

Requirements :

Proficient to speak, read, and write in Mandarin

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or marketing administration is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome to apply.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good attention to detail. Proficiency in English is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Familiarity with social media platforms, Canva and digital marketing tools is preferred.

Ability to conduct market research, analyze basic marketing data, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, well-organized and willing to learn. Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
