Job summary

PT Dajian Construction Indonesia is seeking a Marketing Executive/Business Development professional to identify and develop opportunities in the construction and building materials sector. You will visit clients, present products, and manage the full project sales process from prospecting to closing.

The role requires strong networking, KOL/influencer marketing experience, and Mandarin and English proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any major.
Business level of English proficiency and Mandarin (mandatory).
Experience as Marketing Executive, Business Development in building materials, or construction industry.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop potential projects in construction and building materials sectors.
Conduct client visits and product presentations to architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Manage the project sales process from prospecting to tender, pricing and closing.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and better chances of winning projects.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors and developers.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal and external teams for smooth project execution and satisfaction.
Drive sales through project pipeline management and strategic planning.
Execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
Manage KOLs, influencers, content creators, and community relationships.
Develop and execute brand activation and events.
