PT. Heye International Logistics Indonesia seeks a proactive Sales Executive to grow our freight forwarding footprint in Indonesia. Focus on developing new customers and promoting one-stop logistics services on the China-Indonesia route.

You will visit clients, present solutions, prepare quotes and reports, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to hit targets. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus and can help expand our cross-border network.

Formación

• 1–2 years of sales experience; freight forwarding or logistics exposure is a plus.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills with a target-oriented mindset.
• Having an active export-import customer network is advantageous.
• Fluent in English with good communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new customers (importers, exporters, manufacturers) and promote one-stop logistics services on the China-Indonesia route.
• Conduct client visits, communicate via phone, and deliver service presentations to hit sales targets.
• Prepare visit reports, sales quotations, and customer follow-up data.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager and internal teams to execute the sales strategy.
• Build and maintain long-term, stable relationships with customers.

Focus on developing new customers (importers, exporters, and manufacturers).

Promote one-stop logistics services on the China-Indonesia route, including sea freight, trucking, customs clearance, and warehousing.

Develop business opportunities for Indonesian exports and third-party trade (cross trade).

Conduct client visits, communicate via phone, and deliver service presentations to achieve sales targets.

Prepare visit reports, sales quotations, and customer follow-up data.

Work closely with the Sales Manager and internal teams to execute the company's sales strategy.

Build and maintain long-term, stable, and professional relationships with customers.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales; experience in freight forwarding or export-import logistics is a plus.

Strong communication and persuasion skills with a target-oriented mindset.

Having an active export-import customer database or network is an advantage.

Educational background in marketing or a related field.

Fluent in English with good communication and presentation skills.

Added value: able to communicate in Mandarin.
