PT. EPCON PRIMA GUNA is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to identify project opportunities in the Commercial Building and Industrial sectors. You will schedule meetings with Owners, Developers, and system integrators and visit sites to build strong client relationships.

The role requires a proactive, analytical individual who can learn quickly, work independently, and collaborate with teams while leveraging Microsoft Office tools to manage the marketing database.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Technical, or Communication fields.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop project opportunities within the Commercial Building and Industrial market segments.
• Schedule offline and online meetings with prospective clients including Owners, Developers, Consultants, QS, Contractors, and System Integrators.
• Conduct onsite visits and online meetings to establish and maintain business relationships.
• Develop understanding of company's products and their key features and applications.
• Identify project scope, requirements, and potential opportunities.
• Follow up on opportunities and quotations to monitor progress and identify business opportunities.
• Maintain and analyze the marketing database for the Commercial Building and Industrial segments.
• Adapt quickly to changing market trends and customer requirements.
