Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia represents a Construction (EPC) company seeking a Marketing Business Development professional in Tangerang, Banten. The role focuses on identifying project opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving technical sales in a competitive market.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of BD experience in construction or EPC, fluent English for international communication, and proven negotiation and communication skills to coordinate with main contractors,

Qualifications

Min. Business Level English (able to communicate with foreigners).
Minimum 5 years of experience as Sales Business Development in Construction or EPC.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and review prospective project opportunities in the market.
Deliver technical sales assistance and consultation to clients.
Coordinate and communicate with main contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, engineers, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
Develop and sustain strong client relationships.
Oversee and follow up on contract signings.
Plan, execute, and manage effective marketing campaigns.
Set marketing objectives aligned with market forecasts and business targets.
Conduct research and analysis on market trends, customer demographics, pricing structures, competitor offerings, and other relevant data to develop strategic marketing plans.
