Job summary

RGf HR Agent Indonesia is seeking a Marketing Business Development professional for our client in Tangerang, Banten. The role focuses on identifying project opportunities, supporting technical sales, and coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers to drive successful EPC projects.

The candidate will develop client relationships, manage marketing campaigns, and align objectives with market forecasts and business targets.

Qualifications

Min. Business Level English (able to communicate with foreigners).
Minimum 5 years of experience as Sales/Business Development in Construction or EPC, coordinating with main contractors and consultants.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and review prospective project opportunities in the market.
Deliver technical sales assistance and consultation to clients.
Coordinate and communicate with main contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, engineers, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
Develop and sustain strong client relationships.
Oversee and follow up on contract signings.
Plan, execute, and manage effective marketing campaigns.
Set marketing objectives aligned with market forecasts and business targets.
Conduct research and analysis on market trends and pricing to develop strategic marketing plans.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
