Job summary

PT Hon Chuan Indonesia is seeking a motivated Marketing/BD Associate to identify and develop new customers for packaging and beverage products, while maintaining strong relationships and delivering accurate quotations. The role requires 1 year in marketing or business development and a ready-to-drive candidate based in Ngoro, Mojokerto.

Fresh graduates with potential are welcome. Fluency in English and strong administrative skills are essential to succeed in this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• D3 or S1 in Business, Marketing, PR, IT or related field.
• Minimum 1 year in Marketing or Business Development, preferably B2B.
• Fresh graduates welcome with strong potential.
• Strong admin skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Have a valid driving license (SIM A) and can drive.
• Willing to be based in Ngoro, Mojokerto.

• Identify, approach, and develop new customers for packaging and beverage products.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships through proactive communication and service.
• Prepare sales quotations and follow up on Purchase Orders (PO).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
• Handle sales administration, reporting, and documentation accurately.
• Conduct customer visits and product inspections to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and timely.

Minimum Associate’s Degree (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Management, Marketing Communication, Public Relations, Information Technology, or other relevant fields

Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing or Business Development, preferably in a B2B industry
