Job summary

Orang Tua Group is seeking a capable professional to source, evaluate, and curate high-quality beverage products from overseas producers and principals. You will conduct commercial negotiations on pricing, MOQ, terms, and exclusivity, and prepare import feasibility studies including profit margins, pricing strategies, and market potential.

You will manage the product listing process up to distribution readiness, coordinate with Legal and Distribution on contracts, permits, inventory, and demand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising, sourcing, or FMCG beverage industry.

Job description

Source, evaluate, and curate high-quality beverage products from overseas producers and principals.

Conduct commercial negotiations with producers covering pricing, Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), commercial terms, and exclusivity agreements.

Prepare comprehensive product import feasibility studies, including profit margin analysis, pricing strategies, and market potential assessments.

Manage the product listing process up to readiness for distribution to internal and external Distribution Centers (DC).

Coordinate closely with Legal and Distribution teams regarding contracts, permits, inventory stock, and demand forecasting.

Monitor, analyze, and manage overall product sales performance and market strategy.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising, sourcing, or FMCG beverage industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms).

Strong capabilities in regional market analysis, operational data analysis, and leadership skills.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
