Job summary

PT. Sun Paper Source is seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives in the tissue paper sector from Surabaya. You will develop and implement plans, oversee the marketing team, and align campaigns with business objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and excellent communication in English and Indonesian. Collaboration across departments is essential to drive growth and brand presence in local and international markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in marketing management or a similar senior marketing role in Flexible Packaging Manufacture
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data interpretation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesia
