Job summary

Sinarmas World Academy (SWA) is seeking a Marketing Admission Specialist to join the BSD, Tangerang team. You will lead sales planning, drive multi-channel campaigns, and nurture relationships with prospective families to achieve enrolment targets.

Responsibilities include overseeing annual forecasts, managing campaigns, and providing regular performance insights to optimize strategies. English is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in education, banking, or hotel.
• Develop and manage comprehensive sales work plans and annual forecasts.
• Design and execute multi-channel sales strategies.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships; upsell/cross-sell.
• Proficient in tracking and analyzing sales metrics, event performance, and market trends.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and lead a sales team to meet targets; goal-oriented.
• Full proficiency in English (Must) and Mandarin (Preferable).
• Working location is in BSD, Tangerang.

You will develop creative marketing and admission strategies, connect with prospective families, manage campaigns and events, and turn opportunities into meaningful results.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Ability to proactively generate actionable insights and provide detailed reports to refine and improve future sales and marketing strategies.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and lead a sales team to consistently meet or exceed performance targets, while fostering a goal-oriented environment.
