Job summary

Sinarmas World Academy in BSD, Tangerang is seeking a results-driven Sales Leader to drive the annual sales work plan, forecast, and recruitment of prospective students. You will oversee multi-channel campaigns and nurture relationships with parents and students to support enrolment growth.

Responsibilities include monitoring metrics, delivering insights, and mentoring a sales team to meet targets. English fluency is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in education, banking, hotel, automotive, or related fields.
• Ability to develop and manage comprehensive sales work plans and annual forecasts.
• Hands-on experience designing and executing multi-channel sales strategies.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with prospective and current consumers.
• Proficiency in tracking and analysing sales metrics, event performance, and market trends; English mandatory, Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the annual sales work plan and forecast.
• Oversee creation and implementation of sales strategies aligning with business objectives and ensuring team execution.
• Supervise multi-channel marketing campaigns and explore scholarship opportunities to boost brand visibility.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective parents/students and identify upselling opportunities.
• Monitor sales metrics, event performance, and market trends; deliver insights and reports for continuous improvement.
• Mentor, coach, and lead a sales team to meet or exceed targets in a goal-oriented environment.
• Working location is BSD, Tangerang.
