Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking an experienced Sales Manager, Marine to lead Indonesian marine sales initiatives from Jakarta. You will grow the customer base, drive revenue, and develop strategic partnerships, reporting to MTU Indonesia leadership.

The role requires 7–8 years in B2B technical sales (marine preferred), a bachelor’s degree in engineering, and strong English communication. Expect frequent client visits and cross-regional collaboration to meet targets.

Qualifications

7–8 years of B2B technical sales experience in industrial goods, marine sector preferred.
At least 2 years in a managerial sales role with proven targets achievement.
Strong customer focus with excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities with clients, partners and internal teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Lead marine sales initiatives to grow Rolls-Royce Solutions in Indonesia.
Grow and diversify the customer base, drive revenue and build key partnerships.
Develop and execute sales strategies to ensure profitable growth.
Conduct frequent customer visits, provide tailored technical solutions and cost analyses.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Indonesia, APAC and Germany.
Achieve and monitor KPIs; provide accurate reporting.
