Job summary

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, reducing downtime, managing spare parts, waste control, and producing productivity reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Technical Support Supervisor or in a related role.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, productivity, and inventory control.
• Experience in process improvement (Lean/Kaizen).
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Willing to travel frequently and open to placement in various locations.
• Able to communicate in English for reporting purposes.
• Willing to be placed in Cikokol, Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Monitor technical support performance and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Track and evaluate productivity initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability.
• Implement controls to reduce waste and prevent stockouts.
• Prepare reports on productivity, equipment, and production line performance.
