Job summary

PT Prakarsa Alam Segar (PAS) seeks a Supervisor of Maintenance to lead daily maintenance operations in a high-paced FMCG environment. You will plan preventive and predictive programs to ensure machine uptime, analyze performance data, and prepare actionable reports.

Manage spares, schedules, and a skilled maintenance team while driving TPM and continuous improvement. Placement in Pondok Ungu, Bekasi, with ISO, GMP, HACCP certifications guiding the work and a focus on food packaging equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Min. 2 years in a supervisory role in food manufacturing or packaging.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
• Skilled in maintenance planning, scheduling and team management.
• Knowledge of TPM, spare parts management.
• Experience in injection molding or packaging for food & beverage.
• Knowledge of ISO, GMP, HACCP, 5R, TPM or related systems.
• Placement in Pondok Ungu, Bekasi, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations and ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations.
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure machine reliability.
• Analyze equipment performance, troubleshoot, and prepare maintenance reports.
• Manage maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory, and manpower effectively.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team to achieve high performance and discipline.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the production area.
