Job summary

PT Vinfast Automobile Indonesia is seeking a diligent administration professional to manage manpower data, attendance records, and production schedules. You will support operational efficiency by coordinating with production and administration teams.

The role requires 2+ years of admin experience in manufacturing, proficiency with SAP and Excel, and the ability to handle large data sets while communicating effectively in English. Working six days a week without shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of administration experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Familiar with SAP and attendance management systems.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data management.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle large data sets.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to work 6 days a week on a non-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Recap and maintain manpower data, overtime, leave, shift schedules, and employee violations.
• Manage manpower allocation and production schedules with the production team.
• Maintain employee attendance records, including clock-in/clock-out in SAP.
• Register and maintain meal and shuttle transportation records.
• Ensure accurate attendance and manpower data; prepare regular reports.
• Support daily admin tasks related to manpower planning, production scheduling, and attendance management.
