Job summary

PT Vinfast Automobile Indonesia is seeking an experienced accounting professional for manufacturing operations. You will handle daily accounting activities, record transactions in SAP, and monitor inventory movements to ensure accurate records.

Responsibilities include month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and management reporting. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years in manufacturing accounting with SAP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing or automotive.
• Hands-on experience using SAP is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in inventory accounting, reconciliation, inventory valuation, and material transactions.
• Familiarity with warehouse and material management processes is preferred.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of resolving discrepancies.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting activities related to manufacturing and operational transactions.
• Record and monitor accounting transactions accurately and timely in SAP.
• Perform reconciliation of inventory, raw materials, spare parts, WIP, and finished goods between SAP, accounting records, and warehouse data.
• Monitor material-related transactions, including GR, GI, stock transfers, and inventory adjustments.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Material Control teams to ensure accurate and timely recording of inventory transactions.
• Monitor and reconcile GR/IR and follow up on discrepancies with relevant departments.
• Support month-end and year-end closing, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliation.
• Analyze inventory variances, material costs, and inventory valuation.
• Support physical stocktaking and investigate differences between system records and actual inventory.
• Prepare accounting and inventory-related reports for management.
