Job summary

PT Vinfast Automobile Indonesia is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead daily logistics for the General Assembly line, ensuring timely delivery of parts and strict inventory control. You will manage a team, allocate manpower, and coordinate with production, warehouse and control functions in a fast-paced factory environment.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s in logistics or related fields, 5+ years in logistics with leadership experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in logistics, warehouse, material handling, or production logistics with leadership.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, material flow and FIFO/FEFO.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Able to work in shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily logistics operations supporting the General Assembly line.
• Manage team members and allocate manpower per operational needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of parts to the production line to prevent disruption.
• Monitor material flow, line feeding, handling and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Material Control and other departments.
• Monitor performance, productivity, safety, quality and 5S.
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Prepare daily operational reports and communicate shortages to stakeholders.
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with procedures and safety standards.
